I live in the 14th century CHURCH…

  • Korčula town center, old town
  • Near the city's medieval towers
  • St. Ursula church from XIV. until XIX. century
  • 110 sq. meters on three floors
  • Lower level has a separate counters for water and electric supply
  • Overlooking the Pelješac channel
  • Sea water of a excellent quality 10 meters away
  • The location is suitable for commercial use (restaurant, bar, renting)
  • Energy rating : E

The medieval town of Korčula is the perfect “jewel” for tourists looking for fun, gourmands looking for local specialties and fine wines, people interested in urban sightseeing, lovers of cultural monuments, all others coming to the town throughout the season.

In the street, where every guest arriving to the town will pass several times, the street that connects the northern and eastern city towers, where there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, a hotel Lešić – Dimitri Palace, few steps out of the house of Marco Polo, the Cathedral of St. Mark, museums and treasuries, there is this house, formerly known as St . Ursula church from XIVth until XIXth century, when reconstructed in a residential house.

The house overlooks the channel between the islands of Korčula and Pelješac peninsula.

The front entrance to the lower floor is directly from the street, which makes it an exceptional location for tourist business purposes.

There are a total of three floors.

Our proposal is to rearrange one or two floors into business area, the attic into master’s apartment with the exceptional view on the Peljesac channel.
